Sudha’s work and fantastic food was recognised when he won the regional competition of ITV’s Britain’s Best Dish, as well as being a semi- finalist for National Chef of the Year. He also triumphed in the Alaska Seafood Recipe Challenge, at Covent Garden, where he walked away with a trophy.
